Note – Dexa Bodyscan uses the premises of Røntgen Ultralydklinikken, which you will find at Amagerbrogade 193.
Who are we?
Behind Dexa Bodyscan stands Røntgen Ultralydklinikken on Amager in Copenhagen. The clinic is owned by four specialists in diagnostic radiology, including Peter von der Recke, a radiology specialist, Ph.D. The healthcare expertise of these specialists ensures that the Dexa scan meets the highest standard.
In addition to the specialists, the clinic has a permanent staff of about 20 dedicated employees, including radiographers, secretaries, assistants, and receptionists.
You will meet one or more members of the permanent staff when you come for your Dexa scan. The employees have completed and passed a course in operating the Dexa scanner, offered by Herlev Hospital, and have undergone internal training.
Our mission
We work daily to ensure that you, as a client, feel valued and treated with respect at Dexa Bodyscan. Our goal is for you to receive a clinically proven and recognized body analysis regarding muscle mass, bone health, and body fat percentage that you can use to improve and monitor the effects of your training, weight loss, or diet.

Note – Dexa Bodyscan uses the facilities of Røntgen Ultralydklinikken, located at Amagerbrogade 193.
Public transportation
From Copenhagen Central Station or Amagerbro Metro Station, bus 5C runs toward Sundbyvester Plads or Copenhagen Airport throughout the day. The bus stops right in front of the clinic at a stop called “Smyrnavej.” The travel time from the Central Station to Smyrnavej is approximately 15 minutes. From Amagerbro Metro Station, the travel time is about 5 minutes.

Parking is available on Amagerbrogade next to the clinic or on the side roads.
